Terms
HeatCool Hub is a directory and guide. Installers are independent businesses and your contract for any work is with them.
Estimates
Costs, running costs and grant amounts in the home plan are estimates based on typical homes and the prices shown. Your installer confirms the price after a survey and confirms grant eligibility in writing.
Verification
We check certificates that installers upload against the information available to us when they are added. Always confirm that a certificate is current before you sign.
Installers
Installers must provide accurate information, keep certificates current and only add work they have carried out. We may suspend listings that break these rules.
